My favorite season is right around the corner and I can't help but feeling like blooming myself. Because of this, I wanted to share with you this challenge that I made to start the first month of this so full-of-life season.

Every week, there'll be different activities to practice every day and I will post my progress and some reflections on my IG account.

So, let's begin!

Week 1: Body & Mind

We're starting this first week in a simple but not-so-easy way. I know most of us are going through moments of stress and anxiety, and I think these activities will help us to slow down.

To stay in "zen" mode, we're repeating the 10 minutes of slow down and also, we're adding some gratitude to the routine.

I invite you to, at the end of the day, write the best thing of that day - it can be something that happened, something you ate, a text message, a song, anything.

I'm doing it since September started and it helps me to be more grateful and to see that even the "worst day" has not-so-bad things.
